I support people to make connections and grow through their shared passions and stories.

Bringing insight and experience to ensure excellent fit-for-purpose cultural projects and events.
I work with clients on a specific brief to help them deliver their objectives successfully by sharing insights that help save time, money and reinventing of wheels. Having twenty years track-record in this sector, with experience across scale and artform, in areas including communications and marketing, producing, programming, managing projects, events, volunteers, teams and mentor support for creatives and partners, means that most challenges you’ll encounter, I’ve already been there – and if I can’t help I normally know someone who can.

Programming the right artists for the right audience and putting it in the right place is a specialism; I learn about and understand a context (the place, people, existing reach and aims) and then matchmaking that with creatives, art work or performances that amplify the impact of each, finding tailor made ways to bring those things together to best effect. Talk to me about programming, your aims and your communities!

Supporting people to understand their goals and how to achieve them.
I am an accredited RD1st (Relational Dynamics) coach.
I work 1:1 with people from any sector using a client-centred approach which has been described as “like having a conversation with a weird version of myself” that people really enjoy. I believe in Nancy Kline’s theory that the mind that has the problem, almost always also has the solution, and it can be found in the right coaching environment. I love to work with coaching clients and see their inner brilliance and confidence really shine through, it’s a privilege to witness how the process enables real change. In 2021 more group programmes are being added as ways to dip a toe into coaching.

I founded Luxi as a creative and cultural producing company in 2012. That same year we became a regional producing partner with Battersea Arts Centre, through which we ran Jabberwocky Market pop-up theatre events for almost seven years along with local communities and national producing partners.
A core part of our work now is commissioning creatives and producing collaborative new work. Luxi values wellbeing of people and planet and access for everyone.
